Nicki Minaj has taken off her metal underwear and slipped into something more leopard print for her new music video Beez in the Trap. For her latest offering, Nicki has teamed up with rapper 2 Chainz and delivers a fairly NSFW expletive-laden music video single. Surprisingly, the vid is light on the bells and whistles and is focused primarily on her song. HMMM. Imagine that. Click below to take a gander and a listen to Beez in the Trap.

Those of you who picked up Nicki‘s new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded last Tuesday know that Beez in the Trap is one of her usual rap songs. Roman Reloaded is an album of two minds … rap and pop. Half of the songs are of the Ke$ha and Katy Perry variety. We know that Nicki will be releasing the video for her single Starships very soon … that song is very pop. I honestly don’t hate Roman Reloaded overall, even if it is a bit schizophrenic. I dig this video, do you?
